Lighten up your day - stir fry tofu veggie

Healthy, natural, light diet is my golden rule when it comes to dining. Fortunately I am not a meat-craving person but a big fan of TOFU!! You can easily find natural tofu in the supermarket such as in AH here, however, what I really miss from home is all varieties of tofu processed product, especially 豆干(dou-gan, literally dry tofu in Chinese, also called "bean curd", the extra firm tofu because of a large amount of liquid has been pressed out of it).

It is a perfect innovated ingredient for marinated meal with veggies or spices. I can easily eat the whole plate in one afternoon without any interruption.
The bean curd is not friendly-accessible in Tilburg, it only can be found in certain asian markets. What comforts me more is imported from Taiwan! Of course I am not a spoiled kid asking for this priceless deli treat all the time, instead I am having fun to turn tofu into this rainbow stir fry meal by adding more colorful tasty veggies when I miss home.
